Taylor is so so talented, musically, artistically, in sports, just completely 100% talented. Taylor has always been an amazing artist, and I wanted us to be able to incorporate that into her shoot. When we came up with painting 2013, we were excited. When we came up with splatter painting it, we were OVER THE MOON. It was one of the most fun sessions I've ever shot. It was just so fun! It's completely Taylor, and I love it!

Taylor's senior pictures were probably one of my ALL TIME FAVORITE shoots. Ever. Of all time.
Taylor is SERIOUSLY one of THE most gorgeous people I know! She knows how to work the camera too. I absolutely loved watching her break out of her shell and become so confident after seeing a few shots of herself. She just knew exactly what I wanted her to do and it was just perfect. Seriously, Taylor, can we do another shoot together like SOON!?! The awesomeness of Taylor's shoot cannot be contained to one blog post, so her "normal" senior pictures will be here, then her splatter paint (yeah, SPLATTER PAINT) shots will get a post to their own!! :) Ok, enough talking! Here you go! Taylor, I can't thank you enough for letting me shoot you. I had an absolute blast. As I'm sure everyone knows, Savannah is one of my best friends ever, and I love shooting her. I'm so glad I get to shoot her as often as I want! I know these are a from a while back, but better late than never!
I totally miss the gorgeous hazy sun from the summer. Here comes the winter... Guess we'll just make the best of it! I got to help shoot Magan and Jesse's wedding one year ago. I can't believe it's been a year! I had so much fun, and I was so thankful for the opportunity. One year later and shot a few pictures for their anniversary! It was a super fast shoot, but I just love working with Magan and Jesse!
Colton had planned for a while back for me to shoot his senior pictures, and I was excited! We had a great shoot, and my favorite shots all came from downtown. I loved the urban feel with his football jersey!
I think the second shoot was even more amazing then the first. (http://brianaowenphotography.weebly.com/1/post/2012/11/ambers-senior-summer-shoot.html If you don't know about Amber's 1st shoot!)
The light was gorgeous, the weather was perfect, and Amber's outfits were just so fall! Loved it all. I love shooting at places my clients pick. I love how much more personal and special it makes the whole shoot. Amber, you picked the perfect spot! I was beyond excited when Amber asked me to do her senior pictures and even more excited when she said she wanted to get in on the 4 seasons special!
I love the idea of getting to come back together and shoot 4 times during the course of your senior year. I created this for a couple of reasons. For one, it's hard to decide when you want to have your senior pictures made! Each season has something special to it. Another thing is having too many outfits to choose from! I love that with the seasons you get to have 8-10 different outfits with different looks for each season. Love the versatility. And another reason is how much we all change within the course of a year. Maybe we've lost braces and weight or changed our hair cut, but you get to see that progression over the course of your senior year. So fun. Back to Amber! Ok, Amber is seriously one of the sweetest, kindest people I know. We've become good friends from shooting together often! She's super stylish and gorgeous, so gorgeous shots came so easily! Here's her summer debut. |
